Lynne Ann Hogan

Lynne Ann Hogan, 67, of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025. She was born on June 6, 1958, in Trenton, New Jersey. She was a selfless and devoted mother who faced many challenges with quiet strength and resilience, meeting each one with grace and determination.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Jean Hogan, thankfully her father Edwin John Hogan Jr., her godmother, Carolyn Joan Sondej, and several beloved aunts and uncles. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Elise Sondej Hogan; her sister Bonnie L. Hogan and brother David E. Hogan; her cherished nieces Lois Hriczo (Kyle), Ruth Barbee (Bennett), and Mary Amick (Andy); her adored grandnephews Theodore and Benson; and her cousin Katherine Roberts. Lynne also leaves behind her beloved Carter White, her grand dog Bucky, and a wide circle of friends who brought her great comfort and companionship throughout her life.

Lynne will be remembered for her sharp wit, snarky humor, and generous heart. She loved fishing, grilling chicken and bacon, and sharing Polish dishes—especially golumpki and pierogies—with those she loved. Of proud Polish descent, she carried her heritage with pride, spirit, and flavor. With a quick sense of humor and a warm laugh, she brought light and laughter to those around her even in the hardest of times.

Her memory will live on through the love she gave, the meals she shared, and the strength she showed. Honoring her wishes, Lynne's ashes will be spread at her favorite fishing areas—a fitting tribute to the peace and joy she found by the water. In her memory, the family invites loved ones to share a story, a recipe, or a laugh in her honor—just as she would have wanted.
